OUISJYER products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty beginning on the date the order is delivered.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers qualifying manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

Designed for the Outdoors. Outdoor products naturally experience sunlight, rain, moisture, temperature changes and weathering. These normal cosmetic changes are not necessarily manufacturing defects. Solar performance may vary with direct sunlight, weather, seasonal daylight, bird bath cleanliness, battery condition, placement, installation and maintenance.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Email support@ouisjyer.co with:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos
  • Any other information reasonably needed

We may request basic troubleshooting before determining a resolution.

Warranty Resolution

If approved, we may provide:

  • Replacement part
  • Replacement product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

depending on the issue and product availability.

If only one component is defective, a replacement part may be provided instead of a full product replacement.

The return policy generally applies when a product is not right for you; this warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects during normal residential use.

Proof of Purchase and Care

  • The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • Follow the care, cleaning, installation, and maintenance instructions provided with your product.
